Terms of Booking

• New clients must book an initial consultation to discuss carefully the requirements and suitability of any treatment beforehand.
• New clients must read/sign through the consent documentation, understand the efficacy and expected results before beginning of any treatment.
• New clients must discuss any pre existing medical/physical/mental/social conditions truthfully in discretion before beginning of any treatment.
• Initial Deposit and/or Consultation Fee (Non Refundable) is redeemable towards treatments (Exclusion to skincare products) within 6months of consultation.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours of appointment, your deposit will be refunded or can be redeemed towards future bookings/treatments, if you ask.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and neither will be redeemable towards any future bookings/treatments.
• You will not be able to reschedule your cancelled appointment within 48 hours of notice due to clinic schedule (Please call and we are happy to assist you).
• Free of charge Follow up is only available within 2 weeks of the completion of treatment.
• Zero tolerance policy towards aggression, inappropriate behaviour, racism. Clinic can ask you to leave and NO refunds will be honoured in case of any inappropriate behaviour towards clinic staff and/or other customers. We kindly ask all our clients to show respect and consideration towards others, much appreciate.
• For prescription products/treatments. NO refunds will be honoured once prescription is completed and products are ordered, maybe a partial refund at discretion of practitioner and clinic. Clinician’s admin time will be charged in this event.
• Deposit towards OFFERS are all Non Refundable.
• OFFERS booked must be used within the advised time or you can lose partial or full amount paid.
• No refunds will be possible in the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as global or national pandemics, lock down situations and others.
• In these circumstances, we are still happy to discuss and book you for future treatments with any deposits paid can be redeemed towards future treatments booked exclusively with only our clinic (Subject to 3 months timeline exclusivity).
